- The group is formed with a main intention to give a different touch to the togetherness of Malayalees working abroad. The dream behind is to build a friends network all over the world, which in turn will be a source of valuable information on various topics to its members.
- We aim at doing charity services also by a collective effort. Our efforts will be to include technical experts on various fields, legal advisors, medical experts etc. and ensure their active participation directly or indirectly among the group members.
- The group is always opened for any sort of discussions, debates and creative ideas. The discussions should be carried out in a gentle manner and participants should not involve in any sort of personal harassment that creates unrest inside the group. Group management will be strictly monitoring the discussions and shall interfere at right time to terminate the subject if it is necessitated.
- Matters related to religion, cast, politics or any such sensitive subjects will not be entertained within the group.
- Regional association of members will be formed to have more stronger base and credibility to the group.
- The network will be utilized to launch a new service of sending messages and small gifts to the relatives and friends of group members on special occasions. This will be at a later stage when the group has enough strength and understanding among the members.
- Membership will be approved after verifying complete details of the members provided by them and the details will be kept confidential.
- The membership will be kept under screening for a week, while the member will be allowed to participate in the activities.
- The group can be used to express your dreams, your thoughts, your talents etc. among the members.
- You can post your photos in the photo section and your personal details can be published in the group member’s database.
- Screening moderators will hold complete right to moderate any message to the group, which does not meet the standards specified by the management. Screening moderators may try to give a justification to the sender of the mail though it is not mandatory.
- The rules and regulations can be altered or amended by a collective decision among the 7-member management team.
- The group management will not take any responsibility to interfere
and solve any problems between the members beyond the scope of this
group.
Though the Group Management Team will be present in leading this group forward to its success, it is the responsibility of each and every members of this group to safe guard the interest of our group and work for improving the reputation of this togetherness.
